Delete your EventMemory data
Updated 16 October 2026
You can request deletion of your EventMemory account, connected Google or Facebook sign-in data, events and uploaded media. Requests are processed manually.
Delete an event yourself
Sign in to My events and select Delete on the event card. Confirm the event you want to remove. This removes the event and its uploaded files from the active service. Deleting an event does not delete your account or payment records.
Send a deletion request
- Email sem.photomonkey@gmail.com with the subject EventMemory data deletion.
- Include the email used for your EventMemory account and any event names needed to identify the information. If you contributed as a guest, include the event link and enough details to identify your contribution; you can also contact the event organiser. Send the request from that email address if you can.
- Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only particular event or social sign-in information removed.
Alternatively, use the PhotoMonkey contact form and write EventMemory data deletion in the Comments field.
What happens next
We review the request and may ask you to confirm account ownership before deleting information. We will confirm the outcome by email. Submitting a request does not immediately delete the account.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, client secrets or other sign-in credentials.
Google and Facebook connections
You can remove EventMemory from your Google or Facebook account settings to stop future access through that connection. This does not by itself delete information already stored by EventMemory. Use the request process above to ask us to remove that information.
Deleting EventMemory information does not delete your Google or Facebook account.
