What can I test today?
Create a free account, prepare your event and collect up to 50 guest photos via one QR code. Try the shared gallery, photo wall or mosaic, then activate full access in your dashboard.
Will guests need an account?
No. Guests scan your QR code, open the event in their browser and share a photo or wish. Only the person organising the event needs an account.
Are the wall, gallery and mosaic separate purchases?
The $19 event package includes a gallery plus a photo wall or mosaic, with 1 GB of shared storage for 6 months. You pay once per event, with no monthly subscription.
What if I lose my event link?
Open EventMemory and sign in with the same account details. Your saved events will be waiting in My events.
How many photos fit in 1 GB?
At an average of 5 MB each, about 200 photos before previews and other files. The actual number depends on file sizes and videos. The allowance covers all event files combined.
Do I need to hire a screen or photo booth?
EventMemory is an online service; equipment hire is not included. Use the gallery on its own, or provide a computer and TV or projector for a live photo wall or mosaic.
Can I use my company logo in a mosaic?
Yes. Choose mosaic mode, upload your image, set the rows and columns, and adjust the crop and image visibility. Check the preview before your event.
Can I approve photos before they appear?
Yes. Enable moderation to approve materials before publication. Gallery viewing, downloads and likes are separate settings.
How long are event files stored?
The event package provides 6 calendar months of storage from activation. Your dashboard shows the exact expiry date. Download the files you want to keep before access ends.
Are private guest galleries indexed by search engines?
No. Only public information pages and synthetic demos are open to indexing. Share private event links only with intended guests; anyone with a link may be able to open the event.
Can guests send video wishes with sound?
Yes, when video uploads are enabled. Screen audio is a separate setting and the browser may require a click before playing sound. Supported formats and file limits are shown beside the upload control.
